RV Storage / Pavilion Buildings

High quality post-frame storage buildings. Built with high quality fully pressure treated columns, heavy duty 65 PSF snow load rated trusses and high quality 29 gauge agricultural profile painted metal siding and roofing. These buildings are built to last.

The buildings below are some of our standard buildings but we also offer custom buildings. Essentially unlimited design options, just contact us if you’d like us to quote your custom building.

16′ x 40′ x 14′ tall ceiling – $10,600*

20′ x 24′ x 10′ tall ceiling – $32,800*

* Does not include any site preparation, the site needs to be clear and level with good road access. Engineering, drawings, permits and working with inspectors carry additional fees, if needed. Snow load ratings higher than 65 PSF would carry additional fees.

Post Foundations / Footings:

Staghorn:

We use oversized compacted concrete bases after calculating the potential loads and evaluating soil conditions. Our post bases range in size from 8×18, 10×24 to 12×36. Quality begins at the foundation of any building.

Competition:

Our competition uses 5×16 concrete cookie bases. These are very small and not rated for any significant loads. Settling is common.

Customization Options:

Posts. We offer three types of posts:

Good

Standard pressure treated posts, the industry standard. We use these posts for lean-to / exposed structures in both 6×6 and 8×8 sizes. Typically last 50 years plus. Longevity is highly determined by the moisture content of the soil they are installed into. Well draining soils and dry environments they can last a lifetime. Montana tends to have a low soil moisture content and in most cases these posts are a very good choice.

Better

Laminated engineered columns with pressure treated bases. We use these posts for all interior posts. Laminated columns typically last 50 years plus. They’re longevity is also determined by the soil they are installed into. Well draining soils and dry areas promote longevity. They also remain straighter, with less warping compared to solid wood.

Best

Perma-Column lifetime concrete post bases. The Perma-column really is the best option. Extremely strong and unaffected by soil conditions. The heavy duty steel connector allows you to use either solid wood or laminated posts and gives you the option in the future to replace posts that develop any issues or damage.

Metal Siding and Roofing Options:

We use the highest grade metal siding available and have partnered with ProTech Steel to provide roofing, siding and trim for all of our buildings using metal. ProTech has many metal profile options, paint color options, paint finish options and metal thicknesses. To see all of the available options please visit their website at https://protechsteel.com/

Metal siding comes in all different shapes, sizes, grades and thicknesses. The main three choices that need to be made are; metal gauge (thickness), the profile (shape) and the color.

Metal Gauge. When it comes to metal thicknesses you essentially have two options:

Good

29 Gauge (29G)

This is the industry standard thickness and works well in most cases.

Best

26 Gauge (26G)

Thicker than the industry standard. Very resistant to “oil-canning”, denting, hail and damage.

Metal Profile: Next you have profiles, the shape of the metal siding. There are many choices but most customers settle on these three:

TUFF RIB Standard Ag Panel

This is the industry standard agricultural panel profile which works well in most cases.

Modern RUGGED RIB Panel

This is a very tough and modern panel profile. Very handsome profile which has less flat areas in the metal.

Corrugated Panel

This profile is often used for decorative accents mainly for wainscoting or gable ends.

Color. Your desired thickness and profile may only be available in certain colors. Here is the list of available colors:

Wainscoting. Wainscoting is not only decorative, it’s also very functional. We offer two different types of wainscoting:

Metal

This is our favorite option and the one we recommend the most as it really makes a building look great. Highly resistant to water infiltration from rain, snow and ice coming off of the roof. It is also very functional, if damage were to occur to a portion of the wainscoting, a panel or two can be easily replaced as opposed to replacing an long sheet going up the side of the building. ProTech also offers a crinkle finish which tends to stay cleaner looking, even when splattered with mud, dirt and dust.

Wood

Wood wainscoting offers a very classic look and can be the right choice in situations where you have a lot of direct wear to the building. For example, horse and livestock barns, hay or feed storage, animals or other materials that will be in constant contact with the building. We use pressure treated wood at the base where there may be contact with the soil.

Timber Framing and Circular Sawn Lumber:

We offer many timber framed design options, from timber framed entry areas to timber framed porches.

We can also use circular sawn Douglas Fir lumber for any exposed siding, framing or beams.
